Whether you are a seasoned artist or just love art, we would love for you to join us! From ages as young as 3 up to senior's in high school. Register using our paper application or register online.

Friday July 12 (3-7 p.m.)
Saturday July 13 (7:30 -9 a.m.)

Exhibitor Packing Checklist

  1. White Tent (ideally with sides to close at night)
  2. Tent Weights (no stakes per City of Westerville)
  3. Dolly/hand truck/wagon
  4. Table(s) & Chair(s)
  5. Items for to display your items/hardware
  6. A friend/family member/helper. We do have volunteers to assist with set up and to watch your booth for periods of time (restroom/meal break) but having an extra set of hands is helpful!
  7. Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Hat
  8. Water and lots of it! It is usually warm in July, and staying hydrated is important! Many of our food vendors provide beverages, but it is always a good idea to have plenty of water. We would suggest a gallon jug of water
  9. Snacks. We have 20+ food vendors on site but is it a good idea to have some snacks for quick energy.
  10. Supply/Tool Bag. You never know what you might need (pens, duct tape, stapler, rubber bands, band-aid, Ibuprofen, scissors, etc)
  11. Card Reader/Cash
  12. Cell phone charger (ideally one that is battery charged, as there are very few places to plug in)
  13. Reusable or Plastic Bags, to provide to customers that do not have their own bag
  14. Promotional Materials for your business

We are looking for volunteers for our festival! We have volunteer shifts starting at 9 a.m. on Friday July 12 and ending on Sunday July 14 at 7 p.m.
 
Why volunteer?
  • It's fun! Meet new people, listen to great music, connect with your community, taste delicious food, and view incredible art
  • You can attend the festival for free! While it is only $2 admission, that is two more dollars in your pocket 🙂
  • We need your help make it happen! The festival has been a tradition in our community for 49 years and we need dedicated community members like you to make it happen.
     

Stop by the first floor of the barn to browse and bid on artwork generously donated by our artists! Proceeds help cover the costs of the festival.
