Tamara Paul, By Design Medical & Your True Potential
Tamara’s love for the medical industry has brought her out of retirement. Being one of the founders of Rep Network (the largest independent salesforce) and serving as the company’s Managing Partner for Finance and Operations gave her an extensive rolodex and knowledge. Tamara being an experienced entrepreneur consulted on multiple projects during the pandemic which has driven her to launch another independent sales force called By Design Medical. Tamara brings a long track record in sourcing the best products and services, developing protocols for successful business training and management, including financial stability, corporate structure, operational frameworks and process management. She is a guru of organizational discipline and enablement. Tamara has long recognized her greatest success in helping others succeed. As a Rep Network partner she established an infrastructure to train and manage over 700 reps and launched over 80 products so it’s no surprise that she’s entering the medical world again to take it by storm.
Sandy Doyle-Ahern, President, EMH&T
Sandy Doyle-Ahern is the President of EMH&T, one of Ohio’s largest professional engineering and survey firms. Sandy joined EMH&T in 1997, leading the company’s first Environmental Department. Today, she is responsible for overall company management and focuses on client relationships, business development, quality control, and employee engagement. She guides the activities of 330 professionals and technical personnel – including civil engineers, surveyors, construction managers, environmental scientists, and land planners. Her external leadership focus has allowed the company to be a part of many remarkable projects. From public infrastructure improvements and urban revitalization, to single- and multi-family developments, to design services for projects in healthcare, education, energy and data, Sandy has guided EMH&T to leadership in both the public and private sectors in a diverse array of markets.
Sandy lends her talent and leadership skills to a range of professional and civic organizations, currently including YWCA Columbus, Columbus Academy, The Nature Conservancy of Ohio, Franklin County Innovation Center, the Affordable Housing Alliance of Central Ohio, Mayor Ginther’s Columbus Recovery and Resiliency Advisory Committee, the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation and the Columbus Partnership. Among the many awards Sandy has received, she has twice been named a “Most Admired CEO” and a member of the “Power 100” by Columbus Business First and a “Progressive Woman” honoree by SmartBusiness Columbus. Sandy is also the 2020 recipient of Homeport’s Voice & Vision Award, a 2020 Laureate of the Junior Achievement of Central Ohio Business Hall of Fame and a Columbus CEO 2020 CEO of the Year. EMH&T has been several times named a Best Place to Work and a Top Workplace under her leadership.
Jennifer C. Peterson, Chief Executive, Easton - Steiner & Associates
Jen joined Steiner + Associates in 2015 and oversees the entire Easton property in the Chief Executive role. She is responsible for creating an environment that enhances the customer experience, drives tenant sales and positions Easton for continued growth. She works to create an emotional connection between Easton and its guests, delivering compelling, engaging and memorable experiences. In 2019, Easton was named the No. 1 Retail Center Experience in America, as well as a Columbus Foundation “#1“ Designee. With the COVID-19 pandemic and the post-quarantine, safe restart of the shopping destination, her work became even more challenging. Jen and her team worked around the clock to ensure that all guests could feel safe returning to Easton, as well, that they would also have a positive, uplifting experience. As a result of these efforts, Easton was tapped as a Top10 COMEBACK Center by Chain Store Age magazine this past year. In 2021, the Center was once again tapped as the No. 1, a major coup after receiving the award two years prior.Session will be moderated by Dr. John Comerford, President, Otterbein University.
