Chamber Lunch & Learn - How to Win a Government Contract
The federal government is the largest buyer of goods and services in the world. Are you eager to increase your sales and grow your business?
If so, join us for this month's Lunch & Learn to learn how to increase your win rate, eliminate challenges and obstacles, boost efficiency at bidding, and stop the cycle of reinventing the wheel. Government contractors tend to continuously reinvent the proposal process, unnecessarily spending a lot of time, money, and effort. Our presenter, Dorinda Byers of Ohio University Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), will help you learn to streamline your efforts and succeed at securing government contracts.
Dorinda will review a real-life solicitation and take us through the step-by-step process of preparing a response that’s equipped to win. Real world examples will be discussed.
What you will learn:
The Foundations and Building Blocks of Proposals that Win
Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Proposal Development
Guaranteeing You’ll Never Submit (and Get Eliminated for) a Non-Compliant Proposal.
