As July approaches, the Westerville Area Chamber is preparing for one of its biggest and most anticipated events of the year: The Westerville Area Chamber Music & Arts Festival!

This event has been a staple since its beginning in 1974, with the Chamber Staff working hard every year to ensure that the event becomes better and more impressive each year!

We hope that you will come out and have some fun with family and friends at the Music & Arts Festival on July 11th and 12th.

Location, Times, and Admission:

The festival will be held at Heritage Park (60 N. Cleveland Avenue). Heritage Park is right off North Cleveland Avenue past the intersection of N Cleveland Avenue and W Main Street.

Admission is $2 for anyone over 10 years of age; admission costs can be paid via Venmo or Cash.

The festival will be held on Saturday, July 11th from 10a.m.-7p.m., and Sunday, July 12th from 10a.m.-7p.m. The Saturday evening headliner concert last until 8 p.m.


Where to park:

Parking is free at various lots surrounding the festival site, such as the former Senior Center parking lot, the Otterbein Communications parking lot, the Westerville Sports Complex, CrossPointe Church, The Point at Otterbein (limited) and AmeriCheer, with overflow parking at the Otterbein Campus Center and Stadium Lots.

There will be a festival trolley taking people from the Westerville Sports Complex to Heritage Park, the trolley will run on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Accessible Parking:

While accessible parking is limited, it is available. To access the accessible parking please visit the main entrance on Main St./Lindimore Way, from there you will be directed to our accessible parking.

What to do at the festival:

There’s something for everyone at the Music & Arts Festival; it is the perfect outing for the whole family! Explore a diverse selection of artwork from talented local and regional artists. From ceramics and paintings to jewelry and sculpture, you’ll find incredible pieces to admire and take home.

Enjoy live music all weekend long, featuring a variety of genres from blues to country and everything in between. There are three stages including the Main Stage (sponsored by Newman Roofing), Community Stage (sponsored by Wright-Patt Credit Union), and Songwriters Tent (sponsored by OhioHealth). Be sure to stick around for our Saturday evening concert featuring the Shawn Booker Band at 5 p.m. and LDNL at 6:30 p.m.

Kids Activities:

KidsZone, sponsored by Nationwide Children's will be the perfect spot for kids to hang around at during the festival! There will be yard games, face painting, an instrument petting zoo, and youth art activities!


Food and Drinks:

Indulge in a variety of festival favorites and global flavors, from smash burgers, ribs, and pizza to authentic Filipino, Mexican, and Asian dishes. Top it off with sweet treats and drinks like funnel cakes, ice cream, and freshly‑squeezed lemonade.

Craft Beer from Rhinegeist Brewing will be available Saturday 10-7:30 and Sunday 10-3:30

There will also be a water refill station on the festival grounds provided by Kinetico Water Systems.
