It’s a privilege to return to the Westerville Area Chamber — a place that has shaped my professional journey and deepened my appreciation for what happens when business and community move forward together.

Following Janet Tressler-Davis after her illustrious career is both humbling and energizing. Having worked for this Chamber for eight years and the past four leading the Worthington Area Chamber, I understand firsthand the legacy of excellence that defines this organization. My goal isn’t to replace that legacy — it’s to evolve it.

I believe a Chamber of Commerce should serve as an instigator of positive change rather than merely serving as a resource to cope with change. That belief will drive every decision I hope to make. I see the Chamber as a community architect, bridge builder and convener — an organization that helps design the future for Westerville area businesses with purpose, collaboration and innovation.

As we look ahead, my focus is clear:

• Empowering Businesses: We’ll ensure our members have the tools, insights and advocacy they need to thrive — not just in today’s economy but in tomorrow’s.
• Amplifying Our Voice: We’ll strengthen our role as a trusted partner to both business and government, ensuring the voice of our members informs the policies shaping our community’s future.
• Fostering Connection: We’ll continue creating spaces — physical and relational — where leaders connect, ideas collide and partnerships form that move the needle for Westerville and our Chamber.
• Driving Economic Development: Through close collaboration with the City’s Economic Development team, we’ll help their efforts to attract, retain and grow businesses right here.

With this new chapter, we have the opportunity to impact our community in ways like never before — thanks to one of the most dynamic teams, an all-in Board and the incredible businesses invested in our Chamber. We hope you’ll join us too.
