Hey Chamber Members! On Tuesday, October 3rd Dietitian In Your Kitchen will be starting an Eat More Fruits & Veggies per Day Challenge with Foodstand—the healthy eating behavior change company that helps teams develop better eating habits.
As you probably know, the Federal Dietary Guidelines recommend 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day to give you the vital vitamins and nutrients your body needs to thrive. Fruits and veggies are full of fiber, which helps you to feel full longer—an important part of the healthy weight puzzle. Also, a diet high in fruits and veg can help prevent type 2 diabetes, lower blood pressure, and even make your skin glow!
The app will give you daily education and reminders, simple tracking, and support from each other. When you join using the invite code, all of us Dietitian In Your Kitchen folks will become buddies with each other so we can track each other’s progress and offer support—right from the app.
