- No foods eliminated; focus is to create a lifestyle, not a diet!
- Emails with videos and content for the habit of the week
- Unlimited individual texting and emails with Laura Poland Registered Dietitian
- In-person weekly support group video chats with Laura
- Each participant will receive a Meal Planning Guide and 20 balanced seasonal Dinner Meal Plans at Week 1
- Each week will build on the previous habit, monitor your success with our Tracking form
- Live Cooking Demo Feb. 2nd (week 3) Laura will provide a live cooking demonstration "Wrap It Up". Participants will receive samples, handouts & recipes for quick lunch ideas!! Learn how to make homemade hummus, it's so easy...

Laura Poland RDN, LD, owner, enjoys helping her clients obtain and maintain a healthy weight one habit at a time! Laura graduated with a BS in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University 1991 and is passionate about nutrition! Laura founded Dietitian In Your Kitchen, LLC in 2014 – helping clients feel comfortable in the kitchen and relating key concepts of meal planning, to make a healthy weight and lifestyle possible!Date and Time
