Women Who Dare offers inclusion consulting, keynotes, coaching and training for women to become powerful leaders, effective communicators and confident influencers.
René Delane, the CEO/Founder is committed to amplifying the voices of women, people of diverse color, cultures, abilities, faiths, LGBTQ identities and immigrant entrepreneurs. Women Who Dare is aligned with men who are allies for gender equality and human rights.
René’s strength is in interviewing and sharing the distilled wisdom of women & men who have overcome incredible obstacles to stand as beacons of integrity, courage and contribution.
As a nationally honored diversity leader, she is the author of “Get Off Your Ask”, her soon to be published book.
She is committed to values-based service in Rotary International, WELD, Women for Economic and Leadership Development, Girl Scouts of the US. René is honored to be a charter member of the Smithsonian, National Museum of African American HIstory and Culture and the National Women’s HIstory Museum.
