About Us
Our firm was founded by CPA Brad Hennebert in 2003 specializing primarily in helping taxpayers solve serious IRS problems. Shortly thereafter we changed our name to Tax Defense Ohio, as practicing with complicated tax problem cases before the IRS was Brad’s specialization.
Now over 20 years have gone by, we merged with John Parisi CPAs four years ago, and for many years we’ve primarily served clients with complex individual tax returns and helping business owners with their numerous and complicated filing requirements, and especially tax planning.
