Mr. James G. Flaherty

Jim practices primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Business Law and Real Estate. He was admitted to the Bar in 1984 and has practiced on his own since 1993. Former Chair of the Chamber, he is active in other community organizations like Rotary, Ohio to Erie Trail Fund, and Delaware County Friends of the Trail. Jim is AV Rated which is the highest peer rating for attorneys. Jim welcomes inquiries and if he cannot help you, he will make a referral to someone that can. Jim has two adult children and enjoys marathons and Ironman events.
