About Us

We're a family-owned CPA practice offering business accounting/bookkeeping, tax and business consulting services to individuals and small business owners. The practice was formed to provide highly personalized accounting, tax and business consulting services at reasonable prices without sacrificing the close personal attention each client deserves. We help clients lessen their workload by doing the heavy lifting in accounting and tax matters and at the same time, work with each client in analyzing their current situation and planning for the future to achieve their goals. We have more than 25 years of combined experience in audit, accounting, financial reporting and tax services.

The firm is a husband and wife practice whose name (F&M) was derived from the initials of our first names. Both of us are licensed Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and collectively, hold the following professional designations: Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA).
