    Position:


    We are looking for a Volunteer Services Coordinator to assess and meet the needs of the organization through recruitment, placement and retention of volunteers.
    • Full time, 35 to 40 hours per week. Some early morning, evening or weekend hours required.
    • Starting Salary: $15.00 per hour.
    • PTO (Paid Time Off).
    • Holiday Pay.
    • 403(b) savings plan and supplemental insurance opportunities available.
     
    Responsibilities and Duties Include:
    • Recruit and interview volunteers to ensure they are appropriately matched and trained to serve in   a position.
    • Coordinate and facilitate volunteer orientations and trainings.
    • Serve as liaison with departments within the organization to assess their volunteer needs.
    • Conduct and lead facility tours.
    • Represent WARM and agency service opportunities to businesses, schools, churches and other areas of the community as needed.
    • Coordinate and lead Service Learning Project groups and activities.
    • Maintain online database with active volunteer information.
    • Assist with planning and coordination of WARM events.
     
    Qualifications: 
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience. 
    • Previous experience with a non-profit is preferred.
    • Excellent leadership, orgainizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated confidence needed to network and develop relationships.
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks/projects.
    • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, Outlook and database management.
