    ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

    JOB DECSCRIPTION

    Accountable to the President/CEO and Agency Team for new customer acquisition and Agency growth

    FINANCIAL HEALTH
    Manage and report appropriate sales within the system to drive agency revenue growth and personal financial position.   

    MARKETING
    Attend all Agency events for new customer acquisition. Represent agency at community events, Centers of Influence functions and through other referral relationships.

    RECRUITING
    Execute on 1:3 Hiring philosophy by engaging in meaningful conversations with customers, COI’s, personal relationships and/or community contacts in order to continue to grow our team with the best and brightest talent. 
     
    PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

    Drive professional development to achieve one professional milestone per period.  
     
    ACTIVITIES

    · Drive New Customer Acquisition through provided leads and referrals to achieve Period Goals
    · Multi-Line Current Customers to achieve Period Goals
    · Conduct eight Customer Facing Appointments/Week
    · Recruit, Hire and Assist in Training new Team Members scheduling 1 phone screen per period

    COMPENSATION:

    Base: $28,000-34,000 DOE                                       
    Commission: estimated $8,000/year*
    Bonus: $10,000-15,000/year*                                    
    Travel Trip: Tiered based on Agency Performance
