• Shift Supervisor @ FUSIAN!

    As a shift leader, you will be responsible for opening/closing the restaurant, making sure that we have the team that we need to achieve, creating and follow a shift plan, delegate all cleaning tasks, and determining par levels by writing a prep list based on anticipated sales. You will provide daily communication to reinforce top priorities of the day and week, and run detail-oriented shifts overseeing the food quality, hospitality and overall team member and guest satisfaction. You’ll work in an environment with no stove-tops, grease, or fryers that can also ensure no late nights or early mornings!
     
    you will:
    * Follow all opening and closing protocol and checklists, communicate between shifts to the store leaders
    * successfully create a shift plan, advise and change team member shift plan to achieve maximum efficiency and through-put
    * lead pre-shift huddles for the team to understand top priorities of the day
    * work with crew to create a prep list and fulfill food par levels based on sales goals
    * review the inventory, place produce orders, and help put away orders
    * maintain high food quality and food prep standards to ensure the safety and health of our guests
    * ensure that the team is functioning in a convenient and friendly manner, serving food that meet FUSIAN’s standards and follows our recipes
    * serve as “manager on duty” when running a shift, maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant and functionality of all equipment
    * hold team members accountable
    * be responsible for handling your FUSIAN locations key, and understand that the key and anything inside the restaurant is property of FUSIAN, Inc.
    * set-up AM/PM cash drawer, reconcile AM/PM cash drawer and ensure daily deposits are placed securely in the safe
    * complete temp log books and any additional wholesale logs as required
     
    Restaurant Shift Supervisor / Team Lead / Crew Lead is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.
     
    Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to your success at this job.

    Pay: $14-$18/hour depending on experience
