    Job Description

    Codrea Financial Services is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. They will work directly for a Financial Advisor to help service the clients of the practice. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently with limited supervision. Comfortable with a high degree of attention to details and discretion, as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.


    • Communications in the office by taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
    • Scheduling meetings
    • Accounting
    • Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
    • Assist with event planning
    • Processing new business and updating current accounts that require changes


    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance/insurance preferred
    • Knowledge of customer relationship management software or Salesforce preferred
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks software
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
    • Proven ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines
    • Ability to remember information (policies and procedures) or locate resources to find information as needed
