The City of Westerville named Monica Irelan as City Manager in January 2021. She was born and raised in Wauseon, Ohio and brings a diverse history of work experience in various municipalities and cities. Already recognized for her commitment to historic preservation, work with public utilizes and leadership, Westerville looks forward to its continued success under Ms. Irelan.
