Our scheduled luncheon featuring Mikaela Hunt has been rescheduled for the Fall in light of COVID-19, but we want to take a few minutes with you this week to connect with each other and ourselves in this trying time.
Awareness Meditation: A Connection to Mind and Body.
Join us in a mindfulness meditation that will help you to release 'stuck' energy bound in the body's physical being. There is a strong connection between body and mind and with the use of music, breath and small, gentle movements you will be guided through a positive and healing meditation. This meditation is designed to increase your body awareness and leave you feeling released and uplifted!
Jill Roth, a Westerville resident since 2007, is the proprietor of Body Awareness Coach, LLC, a certified ACE group fitness instructor, a Pain-Free Movement Specialist and a Level-4 Essentrics® instructor.
