Their firm specializes in supporting Corporate, Federal Government, HealthCare, the Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community customers. Mr. Arroyo is a decorated Retired combat Veteran of the United States Marine Corps with over 20 years of tactical experience in cyberspace operations, military signals intelligence, and forward-deployed tactical network exploitation. Israel honorably served as the tactical team leader of a six-man team, tasked with conducting Cyber and Signals intelligence operations against high-value targets around our area of responsibility. His duties also allowed him to gain the strategic knowledge of planning and executing strategic Cyberspace and Signals Intelligence collections, analysis, and reporting to superior officers in the chain of command at bases around the world. After honorably serving his country, Israel has been fortunate to hold various sensitive government contracting positions supporting Department of Defense Cyber Security initiatives.
