April is National Stress Awareness Month - let's go beyond recognizing it and let's do something about it! Join these two Chamber member businesses as they provide a presentation on how to move more and stress less.
Lisa Stroth from Vocally Yours will open with her presentation on the negative impact that sitting has on a body with her discussion of "Sitting is the New Smoking". And Jill Roth from Body Awareness Coach will follow with a discussion on how to age backwards with an emphasis on stretching with an overview on working out with Essentrics® - a dynamic workout that lengthens and strengthens body muscles resulting in greater joint mobility and long, lean muscles. Both will lead you through some exercises to help de-stress in the workplace and in life!
