This is the third luncheon of a 3-part Educational Series, luncheon featuring Dr. Steve Graef. Dr. Graef will present on Stress Management for the Young Professional!
Steve Graef, PhD is a licensed counseling psychologist in Ohio specializing in sport, performance and common psychological illnesses such as depression, anxiety and adjustment. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University (OSU) where he was also a member of the 2002 National Championship Football Team. He then went on to complete both his master’s and doctoral degrees in counseling psychology at The University of Akron.
Dr. Graef works primarily with OSU student-athletes and collaborates with other campus resources to ensure consistent and quality care throughout OSU and the greater Columbus communities. In addition, he is Owner and Founder of Mindurance, an online sport and counseling psychology practice.
A former student-athlete himself, Dr. Graef recognizes the important role that psychology has in sport and performance, as well as in mental and physical well-being, and looks forward to sharing his passion and expertise with you today.
