This is the first luncheon of a 3-part Educational Series, luncheon featuring Dr. Kristy McCray. Dr. McCray will present on Diversity! Lunch provided by CHOP5.
Currently an Assistant Professor at Otterbein University, Dr. Kristy McCray earned her PhD in Kinesiology (Sport Management) from The Ohio State University in 2015. Her research areas include student-athlete development and sexual assault prevention in college athletics. She previously served as the executive director of a rape crisis center and worked in athletic advising. Dr. McCray received her BA and M.Ed. from the University of Southern California.
During the presentation participants will take part in an interactive active called 'Race for the Jobs,' which illustrates how your background can help or hurt you when applying for jobs. There will be time for Q & A following the presentation and activity.
