Heather graduated from The University of Toledo.
Jessica Kittrell
Born and raised in Toledo, OH Jess is the oldest of 5 kids. Dubbed “The Bulldozer” by her parents due to her fiercely independent & determined ways Jess began working at the age of 13.
After graduating from St. Ursula Academy high school she moved to Columbus & attended The Ohio State University focusing her studies on business & finance. After graduating she pursued her career in finance working as an underwriter for banks & later running Abercrombie & Fitch's capital budget. Although she enjoyed her finance career, she & her husband Thad, knew one day their offsetting skill sets & passion for food, beverage & hospitality would lead them to their own restaurant.
When the time was right in October 2012 they made their move, opened their first restaurant 101 Beer Kitchen in Dublin & never looked back. Today she runs the office & non-operational components of their restaurant group. She strives to run as efficiently as possible having key people to share the load giving her the flexibility to enjoy her 4 children who are 3, 5, 8, and 10 years old.
